View Full Version : Have you registered but not received our confirmation email?

Hi

We are getting some new members contacting us to say that they have registered to join the CJ Wildlife forum but then do not receive our confirmation emails to activate the account.

Unfortunately many e-mail providers regard forum registration e-mails as spam, so they do not get to your e-mail inbox. BT/Yahoo are one of the worst culprits at the moment. Our e-mail can usually be found if you go to your online webmail account and look in your spam folder there.

When found, simply click on the link provided in it to fully register your account.

If you still cannot find it, please use the 'contact us' section found at the top and bottom of any page and we will help to get you fully registered.
