Kestrel Nest Box

I set up a web cam in a kestrel nest box last year but the Kestrels chose not to use the box, however this year!

Apologies for the camera angle, it's been knock by something and mis-aligned. I'm already looking at how to improve it for next year.

Hi,

The site has just been redesigned and the camera's will be online in late April/ early May if the Kestrel decide to use the box again.

Last year we had 3 chicks fledge which was a good result given it was not a great year for kestrels.

You can regeister your email address on the site and we'll let you know when the camera's are switched on.

Beautiful birds, I have to say, and the pictures of the youngsters is really exciting to see anyday.
