i loved your pictures - thanks for sharing them with us. we have tried to take pictures of birds but failed. we tried the digiscoping option, but it seems that only certain cameras will combine successfully with a scope, and ours doesn't - the opticron dealer agrees that that is the case. we've come to the conclusion that what we would need is a digital slr with a paparazzi-type lens. but that is an expensive road to go down. we would like primarily to take garden bird pix, and possibly distance pix from a hide. any advice?

Shamal, that's a great picture. We get lots of starlings here and you rarely get just one on it's own. They always come in mob handed. It's a wonder any of them get to eat or drink anything as they seem to be constantly fighting and bickering amongst themselves. :D
