sunflower hearts vs hi-energy no mess

which one do you reccomend sunflower hearts or hi-energy no mess which is more popular

Hi Rockin Robin, just been carrying out a little experiment. Have fed hi-energy no mess for years and the birds have scoffed most of it, only leaving what appears to be the pin head oats, not a major problem as the pigeons and doves hoover that up, but recently have been feeding kibbled sunflower hearts in both my feeders and on a table. No waste at all. I couldn't really answer your question which is more popular as they both seem to be equally popular.

Tried feeding with various types but the Kibbled sunflower hearts seems to be favourite with most birds in our garden,and absolutely no mess
