I thought I would introduce myself with a few photos taken at the wild feeding station I setup on the edges of a marshy pond near my home.
I'm 57, retired and spend most days (weather permitting) out photographing wildlife in all it's various shapes and forms. Being married for 35 years to a most understanding wife helps me get away with that :)
I find bird photography one of the most satisfying aspects of wildlife photography.
So without boring the pants off you anymore here are a few from today.
Not sure what order the images will appear but they are of
Female reed bunting, blue tit, long tailed tit, water rail and dunnock

Welcome Jaybee, some beauties there. the Rail is the winner for me but a close call. It's so typical when the birds look away like that Reed Bunting, they should be paying attention ;)

Thanks Shamal.
I got loads of shots of that female but I kind of liked her in that pose.

Fab photos! I love the reflections. The dunnock's eyes really show up how red they are. Very under-rated birds, dunnocks.
