[Rockin Robin]

to make a really easy treat for birds firstly crush some peanuts into pieces, then take a handful of sultanas, a handful of mealworms, and some mixed seed or preferably a big handful of robin mix and put it in a bowl and mix. Take some small ramekin dishes and fill each one to about the top with this mixture. Meanwhile melt some lard or suet, (don't need to be precise) then pour over the filled ramakins until it covers the mixture then pop in the fridge then put on a bird table or on the ground. Blue tits and robins love it.
