Not sure how this Pied Wagtail found this blue bottle, but it was good going in the snow.
Have been feeding Pied Wagtail with dried mealworm with great success.

Lovely picture yet again Shamal !!! I love the Wagtails. My daughter spends most of her lunchtime in school just sitting watching them on the playing fields. She is so entranced by them.

What a great photo, Shamal! It has often crossed my mind to wonder what wagtails like to eat, as I usually see them on pavements and roads, with, I would have thought, very slim pickings. I regularly put out dried mealworms, but so far have not seen any wagtails in the garden.
