Well, for one thing; it's pretty much an ornamental garden. Secondly; we have no childern yet, and thirdly; the snow covers a multitude of sins!!
Really, thanks for the plaudit - I did 'hit it' for about a week straight as we were having visitors for Christmas and the New Year - got to keep up with the Jones (but only the week before hand!)....;)

Some nice images Jack, I see you're just over the border from me, we're in Yate (the posh part of Chipping Sodbury but don't tell anyone I said so) but I don't believe we've had so much snow as you. its surprising the varied amounts of birds we're having visit at the moment.

For some reason i only get goldfinches and sparows in the breeding season. Would have thought with all this cold i would be getting a lot more birds, but nope. Free food and all.
